Parking Contract

• Only one vehicle per student; the vehicle must be in working order.
• No ATV’s, snowmobiles, boats, RV’s, trailers, or vehicles that occupy more than one space.
• Any vehicle parked in the lot that is parked illegally will be booted or towed at the vehicle owners expense.
• Do not perform any repairs or maintenance (including oil changes) on vehicles on Mountain Crest Apartments property.
• The manager will ask you to move your vehicle to Porter Park in order to plow the parking lot. If your vehicle is not moved on time then there will be an extra $10 charge.
• Charging diesel vehicles during the Winter presents a safety hazard. Therefore, diesel vehicle owners must provide their own charge.
• Overnight city street parking is not available from December 15th to March 1st.
• A parking pass costs $75. Failure to return your parking pass results in a $20 charge.
