Contracts are being accepted for next semester and for the full academic year. Included are utilities and high speed internet service. All apartments are three bedroom.
A processing fee of $75 is required to process all applications. The security deposit of $100 will be refunded after you vacate the apartment if there are no damages and it is left clean.
