Contracts are being accepted for the Summer term and for the Full Academic year. (Fall & Winter)  Included are utilities and local phone service.  All apartments are three bedroom.  An application fee of $25 is required to process all applications.  The security deposit of $125 will be refunded after you vacate the apartment if there are no damages and it is left clean.A Limited number of contracts for the Summer break, at not additional charge, are available for tenants signing a two semester contract.
