Contracts are being accepted for the Spring term and for the Full Academic year. (Fall & Winter)  Included are utilities, cable TV, and high speed internet service.  All apartments are three bedroom.  An application fee of $25 is required to process all applications.  The security deposit of $125 will be refunded after you vacate the apartment if there are no damages and it is left clean.A Limited number of contracts for the Summer break are available, at no additional charge, for tenants signing a two semester contract.
